This is a spring-fed pond. We use a pond colorant, as well as a pond “probiotic” to prevent algae growth. There are fish in the pond, but no fishing is allowed, so there are no fish hooks or line to worry about. While we cannot guarantee that the pond is free from snakes or snapping turtles, we do have deer netting in place along the outside fence to discourage them. We do NOT have water fowl that visit the pond (probably because of it’s dark purple color), so there is no bird excrement.
Note: If you prefer a chlorinated pool for your dogs to swim in, we offer that as well, but an orientataion and lessons are required before renting the pool.
- $10 for 30 minutes.
- Maximum of 8 dogs at once.
- No children under the age of 12 allowed in the pond area.
- No humans allowed to swim in the pond.
- No fishing allowed at the pond.
- Do not throw treats or food into the pond.
- Do not throw your dog into the pond – doing so will get you dismissed with no security deposit refund available.
- Paddleboat is not available for use by renters.
- All excrement must be picked up.
- No females in heat allowed on the property.
- No shock collars allowed on the property.
- All Teamworks rentals require a one-time $50 security deposit. Refundable when client no longer wishes to rent. Deposit will be retained if renter doesn’t follow rules or dog does damage to the property. IF YOU ARE A FIRST-TIMER RENTER, CLICK HERE TO PAY THE ONE-TIME SECURITY DEPOSIT. Note that this is NOT a pond booking, but just a security deposit payment.
