Flyball Lessons
A Team Sport For Dogs Who Love a Tennis Ball and Love to Run!
Class Goals:
The focus of this class is on teaching the basic skills needed to compete in the team sport of flyball. Box turns, and hurdle jumping will be covered. Dog should already love a tennis ball.
Prerequisites
- Dogs must be Behaviorally Healthy and not have aggression issues with other dogs.
- Dogs must have a Canine Good Citizen title or have passed the Canine Good Citizen test with a Gentle Leader on. (Take the Canine Good Citizen Evaluation)
- Pre-registration with proof of vaccinations & pre-payment is required. Proof of vaccinations or titers must be mailed to 855-0422 or brought to first workshop. Dogs without proof of vaccinations or titers will not be able to participate.
- Dogs should be at least 12 months of age, of a healthy weight, and without health problems.
- Distraction Proofing class is highly recommended as a pre-requisite.
- Instructor sets price of the lessson
- No shock collars, e-collars, prong collars or choke chains allowed in class.
