"I have to say that since we started this league, Sheila has gotten so much more focused on agility and easier to handle in public, I am so happy with her progress."
Jackie & "Sheila"

"I was so pleased with how he did in his beginners runs and this intermediate run...looking forward to more Valor...it is just so nice to be able to run him in such a relaxed atmosphere."  Thanks again,
Leslie and "Danny"

"You have NO IDEA how excited we all are to have earned agility titles for these challenging dogs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
Jude and "Dusty"

"The Valor Agility runs gave Rocco the opportunity to regain confidence as well as have fun. He is a completely different dog than he was 8 months ago, when he entered a fear period and became scared of of anything new introduced to him. He's gone from a puppy who said to mom "I don't know what to do or when to do it." to "I can do this by myself! Watch me go across this teeter! Bang! Watch me sail across this skinny dogwalk! WooHoo! Watch me jump! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!" He does is all with a smile. This little collie is a happy boy now! It really warms my heart."
Bobby and "Rocco"

"I can't thank you enough for creating this fabulous and supportive Project. It is so great to see Blossom be rewarded for her hard work. It brings me back to when we first started and all that mattered was (and still is) that Blossom builds confidence and has fun. Our first few agility classes just coaxing her out of the corner and getting her near the equipment was a challenge. The dog walk alone was an entire 6 week course. She has definitley come so far on this journey and worked so hard to get there. I am SO PROUD!"
Joanna & "Blossom"

I am sure you have seen the progress that Frazier has made since we first started doing VALOR. His confidence is way up and he is having big fun. I love how he sometimes skips between jumps because he is just joyful in his own fur. Before VALOR this rarely, if ever, happened in public. His joy was only in his safe place (home).
Rachel & "Frazier"

"Got my title package in the mail today, it even impressed my husband! The title certificates are beautiful! And love the ribbons! Thank you so much! I think some of these are going to hang in my club's new training building.
"Leslie and "Danny"

Thank you SO very much! To be able, finally, to compete with Mia is nothing short of WONDERFUL! Mia is a dog who usually cannot be in the presence of other dogs without going ballistic. VALOR gives her a chance to be challenged and to show off her talent without giving her a chance to practice all those unwanted behaviors.
Valerie & "Mia"

Mia earned her first two VALOR titles this month - VBJ and VBS! Her first title has already arrived in the mail and is now PROUDLY displayed alongside my other dogs' accomplishments. These titles represent clearing emotional and behavioral obstacles as well as the obstacles on the courses, which makes them even more special to me. We could have just continued taking safe, private agility lessons but VALOR gives us achievable goals now, so our lessons have a purpose.

Thank you for your help and patience with us (in the Reactive Dogs Agility class). It all seemed to come together and made the year and a half worth every minute. To see him fly through the tunnels and remember those first days when he was so scared of them made me want to cry for joy. You have helped Ziggy get to his "happy place" and me the insight of how to help him get there and stay. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Jane and Ziggy

I was thinking on how much I love VALOR people and what it is that we have in common that brings us together. It isn't just having a reactive dog. Plenty of people have back yard reactive dogs. It isn't even the love of agility, because if it was just agility love, we'd get neurotypical dogs. It is a willingness to try. A willingness to fail. A willingness to give our best with a sometimes very small return for our efforts. A willingness to be real and imperfect in public. A willingness to celebrate in every success of every dog who comes through the gate. The thing we seem to have most in common? A sense of humor. We are willing to laugh at ourselves, love our dragons, dust off our butts and try again.
